A Strength Program with Only Grapplers in Mind.
My name is Ben Lustig. I'm a specialist in strength & conditioning developing athletes of all ages to be stronger, faster and more explosive a little more every day. I'm also a BJJ practicitioner with 4 years of training under my belt. With my experience on the mat and as a strength coach, I've noticed the lack of weight training resources for BJJ athletes, and that led me to developing my strength program with the specific goal of developing physical beasts on the mat. And that's where you come in!
Mat Muscle is one of the only strength training programs designed specifically for BJJ. A general strength program just won't deliver the specific strength needed for BJJ. As a BJJ athlete myself, I developed this 12-week program through months of testing and tweaking with multiple athletes as well as through my own training, and I believe in it so much I want to give you the first part of it completely free to give it a try.
