The reality is, we only see our athletes for an hour out of their day. But for results to really happen, it's important that athletes have good habits during those 23 hours they're not training with us when it comes to their nutrition, their sleep, their screen-time, etc.
For example, we deliver meal plans to every athlete to ensure they're eating the correct foods that'll fuel their performance and enhance their recovery between training sessions, practices & games.

When athletes come to the gym, it's very important to us that they want to be there. If athletes don't want to be in the gym, or feel like they're being forced, they're not going to give 100% effort into their training.
