We Train Athletes Specifically for Their Sport
When it comes to strength & conditioning, the training needs to match the requirements of the sport.
This includes targeting more-heavily the movements that the sport requires. It also means planning out a training schedule so the athlete is peaking in performance at the appropriate times and adjusting their program accordingly.
Our Programs Scale for All Skill Levels
We have athletes of all ages and skill levels walk through our doors, so we make sure that our training programs can be scaled up or down appropriately to ensure safety and effectiveness.
Gone are the days where strength training is deemed "too dangerous" for younger athletes. Athletes of all ages can (and should) take part in a physical training program that's closely monitored and supervised.
A Community of Driven Athletes
The reason I named our gym Barbell Coalition is because I wanted to create a sense of community and comradery among our athletes.
I want our athletes to feel apart of something big; a team of like-minded athletes just like them who all have major dreams and aspirations.
This creates a environment where friendships can be made and athletes can uplift each-other to each's individual goals.
