At Barbell Coalition in Cedar Park, our Summer Training Camp (June 1 – August 7) is built specifically for this window of growth.


Why Summer Matters So Much


During the school year, most athletes are just maintaining.


  • Practices are frequent

  • Games are constant

  • Recovery is limited

  • School lifts are often generic


Summer is different.


It’s the one time of year where your athlete can:

What Makes Our Summer Training Camp Different For Cedar Park Athletes


We don’t run “conditioning camps.”

Your athlete will train in a semi-private environment (small groups) with:


  • Individual strength progressions

  • Trap bar jumps & power development

  • Row & assault bike conditioning protocols
