
It's almost that time again...summer vacation!
We're still a few months away but we've already started enrolling athletes for our summer training camp that runs from May 26 - August 8.
The summer is a great time for athletes to really dive into a structured strength & conditioning program!

When athletes begin to train strength & conditioning properly, they see big improvements in their overall speed & agility, and it happens fast.
In just a few months of training with us, we also see athletes become stronger, more powerful and intentional in their movements, and much more confident in their abilities as an athlete.

We Will Show Them How to Eat
Nutrition is one of the most important aspects of an athlete's overall routine and lifestyle.
But, the majority of youth athletes aren't fueling their bodies the way they should be to perform at their very best in their sport.
I mean...they're kids. They're going to want the majority of their diet to consist of fruit loops and fried chicken sandwiches.
Every athlete that starts training with us receives a meal plan designed exactly for their goals.
While we don't have athletes cut anything out of their diet necessarily, we just try to instill good habits around eating so the majority of their diet is fuel-boosting, nutritious food.
Our Programs Scale for Any Skill Level
Whether your child has never touched a weight before, or has a little bit of experience here and there, we will still deliver a training experience that is both safe and effective for their skill level.
Our sessions are small groups with limited spots.
This ensures an expert coach can supervise all athletes to ensure safety and correct exercise form.
This setup allows us to deliver a personalized, high-level training experience without having to charge you an arm and a leg for personal training.
It'll also let your child be in an environment with like-minded athletes who are all chasing their full, athletic potential.
This creates a really great & friendly environment in the gym.
