Start With The Strength Foundation


Being fast & explosive requires producing a tremendous amount of force throughout the body in the fastest amount of time possible.


But first, we need to increase the maximum amount of force our body is capable of producing.


This is where heavy resistance training comes into the picture. Exercises like our squats, our bench presses and our weighted chin ups performed with adequate resistance & lower volumes helps our athletes get as strong as possible.


For athletes to become fast, they need to become strong.

Plyometric Training for Explosiveness


Once we’ve established a strength foundation, we emphasize plyometrics—exercises designed to increase explosiveness.


Plyometrics, such as box jumps, bounding, and lateral hops, help athletes develop the fast-twitch muscle fibers necessary for rapid acceleration.


Again, the goal is to enhance an athlete’s ability to produce maximum force in the shortest amount of time.


Incorporating plyometrics regularly, we make sure our athletes aren’t just strong—they’re quick off the mark.


This kind of explosive power helps athletes close gaps, make sharp turns, and get a step ahead of their competition.

Periodization


We implement a periodized training approach, meaning we adjust an athlete’s workload and exercises in phases to ensure continual progress without overtraining.


We strategically balance strength, power, and speed work to ensure athletes are peaking at the right time—whether it’s for their season or an important event.


This method allows us to gradually increase training intensity and push our athletes to new performance levels without burning them out.
